1. Who we are

Truckers Only Insurance Services, LLC is an independent insurance agency located at 222 S Mill Ave, Suite 800, Tempe, AZ 85281. You can reach us at (877) 389-2471 or info@truckersonlyinsurance.com. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Truckers Only Insurance Services, LLC.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit our quote form, call, text, or email us, we collect what you provide. On the quote form that is your name, business name, phone number, email address, USDOT number, number of power units, operating radius, the commodities you haul, the coverages you are interested in, your preferred contact method, and anything you type in the notes field.

If you become a client, we collect the additional information needed to quote, place, and service a policy — for example driver and CDL details, vehicle identification numbers, loss history, and policy and billing information.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the site you came from, and the dates and times of your visits. We use Google Analytics 4 for this, which sets cookies in your browser. See section 5.

Information from other sources

To quote and service insurance we may receive information about you or your business from insurance carriers, consumer and motor vehicle reporting agencies, loss history databases, and public federal and state records such as FMCSA licensing and safety data.

3. How we use information

• To place, service, renew, and support your policies, including filings and certificates
• To respond to your questions and communicate with you about your coverage
• To handle and follow up on claims
• To operate, secure, and improve this website
• To comply with insurance regulations, licensing obligations, and other laws

4. How we share information

We share personal information only as described here:

• Insurance carriers, wholesalers, and underwriters — to obtain quotes, bind and service coverage, and handle claims. This is the core of what an agency does; we cannot quote your account without sharing it.
• Service providers — companies that run our website hosting, customer relationship management, email, and analytics, and that are permitted to use the information only to perform those services for us.
• Legal and regulatory — when required by law, subpoena, regulator, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
• Business transfers — if the agency is sold or merged, client information may transfer as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use this site. It sets cookies that collect information such as your approximate location, device, and the pages you view. Google processes that data on our behalf; see Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out across all sites with Google’s opt-out browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies will not stop you from using this site or requesting a quote.

Our About page embeds a Google Map. Loading that page may allow Google to set cookies under its own policy.

6. Calls, texts, and email

When you give us your phone number and ask us to contact you, you are agreeing that we may call or text you about your quote or your policy, including at the number you provided. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling or emailing by contacting us at info@truckersonlyinsurance.com or (877) 389-2471. We may still need to contact you about an active policy or claim.

7. Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the rights below. Note that personal information we collect to provide insurance may also be covered by the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and information covered by that law is exempt from some CCPA requirements.

Categories we collect

In the last twelve months we have collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, postal address, email address, IP address); commercial information (such as coverages requested and policies held); professional or employment-related information (such as your USDOT number, equipment, and driving history); internet activity (such as pages viewed on this site); and geolocation data at the approximate city level from analytics. We collect these from you, from your activity on this site, and from the third-party sources in section 2. We use and disclose them for the purposes in sections 3 and 4.

Your rights

• Know what personal information we have collected, used, and disclosed about you
• Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal and regulatory exceptions
• Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — we do not sell or share it, so there is nothing to opt out of
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information — we do not use it for purposes that trigger this right
• Non-discrimination — we will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lesser level of service for exercising these rights

How to make a request

Email info@truckersonlyinsurance.com or call (877) 389-2471 and tell us which right you want to exercise. We will verify your identity before acting, usually by confirming information we already have on file. You may use an authorized agent, in which case we will ask for proof of their authority. We respond within the timeframes California law requires.

8. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months, and we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16. Because there is no sale or sharing, there is nothing for you to opt out of.

You may still submit a request and we will confirm our practices in writing. Email info@truckersonlyinsurance.com with “Do Not Sell or Share” in the subject line, or call (877) 389-2471. You do not need an account with us to make this request, and you may use an authorized agent.

If this ever changes — for example if we add advertising technology that qualifies as sharing under California law — we will update this page and provide a working opt-out mechanism before that technology goes live.

9. Other state privacy rights

Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws — including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and a growing list of others — may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of their personal information, and to appeal a denied request. Contact us at the address above and we will honor the rights your state provides. As with California, information governed by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act may be exempt.

10. Financial privacy

As an insurance agency we are a financial institution under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone except as permitted by law and as described in section 4. Where required, we provide a separate privacy notice when you become a client, and annually thereafter.

11. How we protect information

This site is served over HTTPS, quote submissions are transmitted securely, and the credentials that connect our website to our internal systems are stored outside the public web directory. We restrict access to client information to staff who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. How long we keep it

We keep quote and client information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet the record-retention obligations that apply to licensed insurance agencies, and then dispose of it securely. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.

13. Children

This site is for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
