What do you need from me to get a quote?
The basics of your operation: DOT/MC number, driver and CDL details, VINs for your trucks and trailers, your running radius or lanes, and the limits your shippers or brokers require. The quote form walks you through all of it in about five minutes.
I just got my authority. Can you actually get me covered?
Yes — new ventures are one of our specialties. First-year premiums are real money, so we quote every carrier with a new-authority program and go over each option with you before you commit to anything.
How fast can I get a certificate of insurance?
Once your policy is bound, certificates go out the same day — usually within the hour during business hours. Need a certificate holder added later? One call or email does it.
Do you handle the federal and state filings?
We coordinate the filings your authority needs — like the MCS-90 endorsement and BMC-91/91X federal filings, plus state filings where required — so you are not chasing paperwork between loads.
